In an effort to stay connected with my network of clients, colleagues, candidates, and potential customers, I’ve started a new blog that will focus on staffing topics and the current recruiting market, especially within the medical and health care industries.

Over the course of twelve years in the recruiting industry, working for Fortune 500 companies and start-ups, as an internal recruiter, recruiting manager, consultant, and executive search partner; I’ve run across most issues pertaining to hiring talent. My goal is to provide insight into the various recruiting issues that arise day to day; whether it is from a recruiting, hiring manager, candidate, or executive perspective.
